Ingredients:

✔️ 2 beef steaks (such as ribeye or sirloin)
✔️ 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
✔️ 1 tablespoon olive oil
✔️ 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
✔️ 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
✔️ 1/2 cup heavy cream
✔️ 1/4 cup chicken broth
✔️ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✔️ 1 teaspoon paprika
✔️ Salt and pepper to taste
✔️ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1️⃣ Season the steaks with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
3️⃣ Cook steaks to your preferred doneness, about 3-4 minutes per side for medium. Set aside.
4️⃣ In the same pan, reduce heat to medium and melt the butter.
5️⃣ Add shrimp, garlic, and paprika, cooking until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
6️⃣ Stir in the heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing to a simmer.
7️⃣ Allow sauce to thicken slightly, approximately 3-4 minutes.
8️⃣ Return steaks to the pan, spooning sauce over them to warm through.
9️⃣ Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
