Steak & Shrimp Fajitas

1 lb flank steak, sliced thin
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 red bell pepper, sliced ️
1 green bell pepper, sliced ️
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fajita seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
8 small tortillas
1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
Lime wedges (for serving)
Salt and pepper to taste

Season the Meat & Shrimp : In a bowl, toss steak and shrimp with 1 tbsp olive oil, fajita seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
Sauté Veggies ️: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced bell peppers and onion. Cook for 5-6 minutes until softened and slightly charred. Remove and set aside.
Cook the Steak : In the same skillet, add the marinated steak. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
Cook the Shrimp : Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
Combine and Warm : Return the veggies, steak, and shrimp to the skillet. Toss together for 1-2 minutes to blend flavors. Warm tortillas in the skillet or microwave.
Serve and Enjoy! ️: Spoon the steak-shrimp-veggie mix onto tortillas. Top with a dollop of sour cream if desired, and serve with lime wedges for a zesty kick. Dig in!
