Steak & Shrimp in Garlic Butter Sauce

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What You Need

– 2 ribeye or filet mignon steaks
– 10 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 3 tbsp butter
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
– 1 tsp Dijon mustard
– ½ tsp paprika
– Salt & black pepper to taste
– 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

 

How to Make It

Cook the Steak – Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat Season steaks with salt & pepper, then sear for 3 to 4 minutes per side Let rest
Sauté the Shrimp – In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp butter and cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink Remove and set aside
Make the Sauce – Melt remaining butter, then sauté garlic Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until thickened
Assemble & Serve – Pour the creamy sauce over the steak, then top with shrimp Garnish with fresh parsley
