– 1 lb steak (thinly sliced)
– ½ lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
– 8 oz egg noodles
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp oyster sauce
– 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
– 1 tbsp honey
– 1 tsp sesame oil
– 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
– 1 tbsp ginger (minced)
– 1 cup bell peppers (sliced)
– ½ cup shredded carrots
– 2 tbsp oil

1️⃣ Cook noodles, drain & set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté steak in 1 tbsp oil (2-3 min per side), remove. Cook shrimp (2 min per side), remove.
3️⃣ In the same pan, cook garlic, ginger, bell peppers & carrots.
4️⃣ Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, honey & sesame oil.
5️⃣ Add noodles & sauce to the pan, toss well. Return steak & shrimp, mix & serve!
