➤1. Cook stir-fry noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
➤2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over high heat. Add steak slices and cook until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
➤3. In the same pan, add shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
➤4. Add a bit more oil to the pan if needed. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
