โ 1/4 cup soy sauce
โ 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
โ 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (slurry)
โ 1 teaspoon sesame oil
โ 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
โ 1/2 cup broccoli florets
โ 2 green onions, sliced
โ 1 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish
Directions:
1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed, then sautรฉ garlic and ginger until fragrant.
4. Stir in honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili flakes. Let it simmer for a minute.
5. Add the cornstarch slurry to the sauce, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
6. Return the cooked chicken to the pan and coat it well with the sauce.
7. Toss in the cooked noodles, sesame oil, and broccoli. Stir everything together until well combined and heated through.
8. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
