Instructions
Cook the Pasta
Cook the Sausage : Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced sausage and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned. Remove to a plate and set aside.
Sauté the Veggies : In the same skillet, add onion and bell pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Make the Sauce : Add honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes (if using), and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and becomes sticky.
Combine Everything : Return the sausage to the skillet along with the cooked pasta. Toss everything together until well coated in the sticky honey garlic sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes to heat through.
️ Serve ️: Spoon into bowls and garnish with fresh parsley or green onions, sesame seeds, or a sprinkle of Parmesan if desired. Enjoy this sweet, savory, and garlicky one-skillet meal!
