12 oz rotini pasta
1 lb sirloin steak
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Cook rotini and drain.
Sear steak in olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper. Slice into strips.
Sauté garlic in the same pan, then add honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thickened.
Toss pasta in the sauce, plate, and top with steak. Garnish with parsley.
