ᥫ᭡For the Salmon:
– 4 salmon fillets (skinless)
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt and black pepper to taste

– 2 cups fresh spinach, sautéed
– 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste

– 2 tablespoons butter
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
– 1 teaspoon lemon juice
– Salt and black pepper to taste

➤1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
➤2. In a bowl, mix sautéed spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, minced garlic, salt, and pepper for the filling.
➤3. Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet and stuff with the spinach mixture. Place the stuffed fillets in the prepared baking dish.
➤4. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the salmon for 2-3 minutes per side, then transfer to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
➤5. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
➤6. Pour the creamy sauce over the baked salmon and serve garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
