Prepare the Seafood: Preheat the grill or broiler. For the king crab legs, heat them in a steamer or boil for 5-7 minutes until hot. Split the lobster tails down the middle and season with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Season the shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook the Steak: Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper. Heat a grill or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest.

Grill the Seafood: Grill the lobster tails and shrimp for 3-4 minutes per side until opaque and slightly charred.

Make the Butter Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon zest and a pinch of salt.

Plate and Serve: Arrange the king crab legs, lobster tails, shrimp, and steak on a platter. Drizzle with the garlic butter sauce and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.

Enjoy your indulgent surf and turf meal!
