Ingredients:
• 1 thick-cut steak (ribeye or filet mignon)
• 6–8 shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 2 cups fresh spinach
• 2 cups mashed potatoes
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 garlic clove (minced)
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley (for garnish)
• Optional: beef broth or wine for pan sauce
Instructions:
1. Cook the Steak:
• Season steak with salt and pepper.
• Sear in a hot pan (2–3 mins per side for medium-rare). Set aside to rest.
2. Sauté Spinach:
• In the same pan, melt 1 tbsp butter and add garlic.
• Toss in spinach and cook until wilted. Season lightly.
3. Sear Shrimp:
• In a new pan, melt 1 tbsp butter.
• Add shrimp, cook 2 mins per side. Season and set aside.
4. Pan Sauce (Optional):
• Deglaze steak pan with beef broth or wine. Reduce and strain.
5. Plate It Up:
• Spoon mashed potatoes on the plate.
• Add sautéed spinach, top with steak and shrimp.
• Drizzle pan sauce and garnish with parsley.
