1 lb meatballs (homemade or frozen)
12 oz spaghetti or fusilli pasta
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp sriracha or chili sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green onions or sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.
In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and garlic. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
Add the sliced bell peppers and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender.
Toss the cooked pasta with the meatball mixture until well combined.
Serve warm, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
