Teriyaki Surf and Turf Stir-Fry

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

โ€“ 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
โ€“ 8 oz large shrimp, deveined and peeled
โ€“ 1 red bell pepper, sliced
โ€“ 1 cup broccoli florets
โ€“ 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
โ€“ 3 cloves garlic, minced
โ€“ 2 tbsp vegetable oil
โ€“ Salt and pepper to taste
โ€“ Cooked rice or noodles for serving

1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium-high heat. Add beef slices and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the remaining oil. Stir-fry shrimp until pink and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. Add garlic to the skillet and sautรฉ until fragrant. Add bell pepper and broccoli, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
4. Return beef and shrimp to the skillet. Pour teriyaki sauce over the mixture and cook until heated through.
5. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
