Ingredients:
* 1 lb medium shell pasta
* 1 lb ground beef
* 2 (10 oz) cans tomato soup
* 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
* 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
* Kosher salt & pepper, or seasoned salt
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook pasta in salted water, drain and set aside.

Brown the ground beef in a skillet, season as desired.

Combine beef, tomato soup, pasta, 1/2 cup water, and half of the cheese in the baking dish. Stir well.

Top with remaining cheese, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove foil, bake for another 10 minutes, and broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispy cheese!
