* 4 bratwurst sausages
* 4 frankfurters
* 4 slices of Leberkäse (Bavarian meatloaf)
* 2 cups sauerkraut (480ml)
* 1 tbsp caraway seeds (15g)
* 1 tbsp butter (15g)
* 1/2 cup mustard (120ml)
* 4 pretzels for serving

Grill bratwurst and frankfurters until browned.
Heat Leberkäse slices in a pan until warm.
In a pot, heat sauerkraut with butter and caraway seeds.
Arrange sausages, meat, and kraut on a platter. Serve with mustard and pretzels!
