1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 small celery stalk, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 whole-grain wraps
1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup sliced cucumber
1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
Olive oil spray
Fresh herbs (parsley or dill)

1. In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, celery, onion, black pepper, and garlic powder.
2. Spread the tuna mixture evenly over each wrap.
3. Top with shredded cheddar, baby spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, and avocado slices.
4. Roll the wraps tightly and press the edges to seal.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat, spray with olive oil, and place the wraps seam-side down.
