For the Rice:

✔️ 1 tbsp butter
✔️ ½ tsp salt
For the Egg:
✔️ 1 egg
✔️ 1 tbsp oil (for frying)
For the Side Toppings:
✔️ ½ cup roasted cherry tomatoes
✔️ ½ cup buttered corn
✔️ 2 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Bacon & Sausage
Heat a pan over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy.
In the same pan, add sausages, cook until golden brown.
Drizzle honey over both and cook for another 1 minute.
2️⃣ Prepare the Rice
Mix cooked rice with butter and salt for extra flavor.
3️⃣ Fry the Egg
In a small pan, heat oil, and crack the egg.
Cook until the edges are crispy but the yolk remains runny.
4️⃣ Assemble the Plate & Serve
Arrange the rice, bacon, sausages, and egg on a plate.
Add the roasted cherry tomatoes, buttered corn, and green onions on the side.
Sprinkle black pepper for extra flavor.
