For the Fish:
* 4 white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or haddock)
* 1 teaspoon paprika
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon onion powder
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Lemon Butter Sauce:
* 4 tablespoons butter
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* Juice and zest of 2 lemons
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
* Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Preparing the Fish:
* Season the Fish:
Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Rub both sides of the fillets with olive oil. Season evenly with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
* Cook the Fish:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fish fillets and cook for 3โ€“4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and flaky. Remove the fish from the skillet and set aside.
2. Preparing the Lemon Butter Sauce:
* Make the Sauce:
Using the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and olive oil to the pan. Once the butter has melted, stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1โ€“2 minutes until fragrant.
* Add Lemon and Seasoning:
Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and parsley. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer gently for 2โ€“3 minutes.
3. Assemble and Serve:
* Place the cooked fish fillets on a serving platter.
* Drizzle the warm lemon butter sauce over the fillets.
* Garnish with additional parsley and lemon slices for a vibrant finish.
