Ingredients
12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, then cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 1-2 minutes. Stir in chicken broth and Parmesan cheese, cooking until slightly thickened.
Toss cooked pasta in the garlic butter sauce, then add steak bites back to the skillet. Mix well.
Garnish with parsley if desired and serve immediately.
