Ingredients:

– 1 lb flank steak

– 1 cup sliced bell peppers

– 1 cup sliced onions

– 1/2 cup matchstick carrots

– 1 cup broccoli florets

– 2 green onions, sliced into 1-inch pieces

– 2 tbsp soy sauce

– 2 tbsp cornstarch

– 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil

Sauce:

– 1/2 cup soy sauce

– 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

– 3 tbsp brown sugar

– 1 tsp ginger

– 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Slice the flank steak thinly across the grain. Place in a bowl and mix with soy sauce and cornstarch. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the sauce by combining soy sauce, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, ginger, and minced garlic in a separate bowl. Set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Fry the steak on each side for about 2 minutes, working in batches if necessary to avoid crowding the pan.
  4. Remove the cooked steak from the pan and set aside. Add all the vegetables except the green onions to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the prepared sauce and cooked steak back into the pan. Cook for an additional minute.
  6. Finally, add the sliced green onions to the pan. Stir everything together and cook for another minute.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy this delicious beef stir-fry!❤️
