• 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized cubes
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1️⃣ Season the salmon bites with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon bites and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3️⃣ In the same skillet, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4️⃣ Stir in lemon juice and cook for another 30 seconds.
5️⃣ Return the salmon bites to the skillet and toss gently to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
6️⃣ Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
