Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season the steaks generously with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, sear steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 4-6 minutes for medium-rare, or longer for your desired doneness.
Remove steaks from the oven and add butter to the skillet, basting the steaks with the melted butter for 1-2 minutes.
Let steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
