Ingredients
2 steaks (ribeye or sirloin)
12 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
️ 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
Season the steaks and shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side (or to your desired doneness). Remove the steaks and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove the shrimp and set aside with the steak.
In the same pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for 1-2 minutes until it becomes fragrant.
Add the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet, making sure to coat them with the creamy garlic sauce. Let it simmer for another 2 minutes.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve!
