2 tbsp olive oil or butter
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1/2 cup bacon, diced
8 oz pasta (any kind)
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh herbs (such as parsley or thyme), for garnish

In a large skillet or pan, heat the olive oil or butter over medium heat.
Add the chicken chunks to the pan, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and cook for 6-7 minutes, or until the chicken is golden-brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
In the same pan, add the diced bacon and cook for 3-4 minutes until crispy. Remove and set aside.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In the same pan, reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream and honey. Stir to combine, allowing the sauce to warm and thicken slightly.
Return the chicken and bacon to the pan, add the cooked pasta, and toss everything together to coat in the creamy sauce.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
Garnish with fresh herbs and a sprinkle of black pepper before serving.
