Ingredients:
8 oz fettuccine pasta
1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb steak, sliced thinly
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning, divided
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 tablespoon butter
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Directions:
Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Season the shrimp and steak slices with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning each.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and cook the steak slices until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the steak and set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium, add butter to the skillet. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened, about 2 minutes.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Return the cooked shrimp and steak to the skillet. Add the cooked pasta and toss until everything is coated in the Alfredo sauce.
Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
