1. Begin with the Steak:
Rub the steaks with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until your desired doneness is achieved. In the final minute of cooking, add 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 cloves of minced garlic, spooning the butter over the steak to enhance flavor. Allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

2. Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Brush the halved lobster tails with 2 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 clove of minced garlic, and the juice of 1 lemon. Place the lobster tails under a broiler for 6-8 minutes, until the meat turns opaque and lightly browned around the edges.

3. Cook the Shrimp:
Toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and fully cooked.

4. Sear the Scallops:
Pat the sea scallops dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper. Heat a mixture of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the scallops for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and caramelized.

5. Roast the Asparagus:
Toss the asparagus with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes until it is tender yet still crisp.

6. Assemble and Serve:
On a large serving platter, arrange the sliced steak, lobster tails, shrimp, scallops, and roasted asparagus. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives and serve with lemon wedges for an extra burst of flavor.
