GARLIC BUTTER LOBSTER AND SCALLOPS

4 lobster tails
1 pound sea scallops
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional garnish: lemon wedges

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the garlic butter, stirring well.
Place lobster tails on the baking sheet and brush them generously with the garlic butter mixture. Set aside a portion of the garlic butter for the scallops.
Bake lobster tails for 10-12 minutes or until the meat is opaque and slightly golden.
Meanwhile, pat scallops dry with paper towels. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add a bit of the garlic butter mixture to the skillet, then sear scallops for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and slightly caramelized.
Once both the lobster and scallops are ready, plate them and drizzle any remaining garlic butter on top. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
