Ingredients:
1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
1/4 cup pizza sauce (for dipping, optional)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan evenly over the dough.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over the cheese-covered dough.
Starting from one edge, carefully roll the dough into a log. Once rolled, cut it into 1-inch slices.
Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
Serve with pizza sauce for dipping, and enjoy your delicious Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls!
