Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Parmesan Alfredo Shells

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Ingredients:

*For the steak bites:*
– 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
– 3 tbsp butter
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– ½ tsp salt
– ½ tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp Italian seasoning

*For the pasta:*
– 12 oz shell pasta
– 1 ½ cups heavy cream
– ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
– 2 tbsp butter
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– ½ tsp salt
– ½ tsp black pepper
– ½ cup reserved pasta water

 

 Instructions:

1. Cook shell pasta according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add steak bites, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
3. Sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add butter, garlic powder, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
5. Add cooked shell pasta and reserved pasta water, stirring to combine.
6. Return steak bites to the skillet and mix everything together.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
