Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
2 cups beef broth or water
1 ½ cups elbow macaroni
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Directions:
1️⃣ In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2️⃣ Add diced onion and garlic, cook until softened.
3️⃣ Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
4️⃣ Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
5️⃣ Add macaroni, cover, and cook for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
6️⃣ Stir in cheese if using, then serve hot.
