Ingredients:
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes
1 cup sweet bell peppers, diced (red, yellow, orange)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (for thickening)
Green onions & sesame seeds for garnish
Directions:
In a bowl, toss steak bites with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Add the steak and cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
While the steak cooks, sauté garlic in a pan with a bit of oil. Add honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with water, then stir into the sauce to thicken.
Toss the cooked steak & sweet peppers in the honey garlic sauce until coated.
Return to the air fryer for 2 more minutes to caramelize.
Garnish with green onions & sesame seeds, then serve hot!
