Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
½ small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
Directions:
Cook the beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease. Add chopped onion, garlic powder, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for another 2 minutes. Let cool slightly.
Prepare the dough: Flatten each biscuit or roll out small pieces of pizza dough into circles.
Assemble the bombs: Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center of each dough circle. Add shredded cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
Seal & bake: Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve & enjoy! Dip in ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for the ultimate cheeseburger experience.
