Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
6 strips cooked bacon, chopped
1/2 small onion, diced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. (5 minutes)
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat. (8–10 minutes)
Stir in chopped bacon and shredded cheese. Let cool slightly. (3 minutes)
Flatten each biscuit dough round and place 1–2 tablespoons of filling in the center. Fold and pinch edges to seal into a ball. (10 minutes)
Place seam side down on the baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. (2 minutes)
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving. (15 minutes)
