Ingredients:
2 lbs crab legs (king or snow)
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional)
1 lemon, cut into wedges
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, minced
️ 1 tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp Cajun seasoning
️ ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Thaw crab legs slightly if frozen.
Make Garlic Butter Sauce:
Melt butter in a pan. Sauté garlic for 1 min until fragrant.
Stir in paprika, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, pepper flakes, Worcestershire, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper. Simmer 2 mins, then remove from heat.
Prep Crab Legs:
Place crab legs on foil-lined baking sheet.
Cut slits in the shells with kitchen shears to help sauce seep in.
Brush generously with half the butter sauce.
Bake Time:
Cover with foil and bake for 15 mins.
Uncover, brush with remaining sauce, and bake 5 more mins until golden.
Serve It Up:
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Plate with lemon wedges and extra butter sauce for dipping.
