4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
2 tbsp paprika ️
1 tsp cayenne pepper ️
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
12 oz rotini pasta
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup broccoli florets
2 tbsp butter

Mix paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the spice blend onto salmon fillets. ️
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until blackened and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Cook pasta according to package instructions. In the last 2 minutes, add broccoli. Drain and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter, add heavy cream, and Parmesan. Stir until sauce thickens (about 3 minutes).
