Ingredients:

21¼ oz white chocolate (roughly 600g, chopped or chips)

¾ cup sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp bubblegum flavoring (LorAnn Oils or similar – adjust to taste)

Gel food coloring (pink, blue, or a swirl for a “cloud” effect)

Sprinkles or edible glitter (optional for decoration)

Instructions:

1. Prepare a Pan:
Line an 8×8-inch (20x20cm) square pan with parchment paper or foil. Lightly grease for easy removal.

2. Melt the Chocolate & Milk:
In a heat-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk.
Melt together using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring frequently until smooth.

3. Add Flavoring:
Stir in the bubblegum flavoring. Start with 1 tsp and taste — you can always add a bit more for a stronger flavor.

4. Add Color (Optional):
Divide the fudge into two or more portions in separate bowls.

Add a drop or two of pink, blue, or purple gel food coloring to each bowl.

Swirl the colors back into the main bowl or directly in the pan for a “cloud” or marble effect. Don’t overmix.

5. Pour & Swirl:
Pour the colored fudge into the prepared pan. Use a toothpick or knife to gently swirl colors together for a dreamy cloud look.

6. Top It (Optional):
Add sprinkles, edible glitter, or mini marshmallows on top for extra fun.

7. Chill:
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until set. Once firm, lift from the pan and cut into small squares.
