•⁠ 4 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)
•⁠ 1/2 cup butter, melted
•⁠ 3 garlic cloves, minced
•⁠ 1 tablespoon lemon juice
•⁠ 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
•⁠ Salt and black pepper to taste
•⁠ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
•⁠ Lemon wedges (for serving)

1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Using kitchen shears, cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise. Gently pull the meat out, leaving it attached at the tail, and lay it over the shell.
2️⃣ Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet. Season the meat with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.

3️⃣ In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Generously brush the butter mixture over the lobster tails, reserving some for basting.

4️⃣ Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, basting with the butter mixture halfway through. The lobster is done when the meat is opaque and tender.

5️⃣ Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
