Ingredients
For the Steak:
2 ribeye or filet mignon steaks (6-8 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Lobster Tails:
2 lobster tails, halved lengthwise
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Lobster: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Brush lobster meat with melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, & lemon juice. Set aside.
Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Season steaks with salt & pepper, then sear for 3-4 min per side. Add butter & garlic, basting for extra richness.
Bake Lobster: While the steak rests, bake the lobster tails for 10-12 minutes until opaque and tender.
Plate & Serve: Drizzle any remaining butter over the lobster & steak, garnish with fresh parsley, and enjoy this luxurious surf & turf feast!
