Butter-Seared Lobster & Steak Surf & Turf

For the Steak:
✔️ 2 ribeye or filet mignon steaks (6-8 oz each)
✔️ 1 tbsp olive oil
✔️ 2 tbsp butter
✔️ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✔️ Salt & black pepper, to taste

For the Lobster Tails:
✔️ 2 lobster tails, halved lengthwise
✔️ 2 tbsp butter, melted
✔️ 1 tsp lemon juice
✔️ 1 tsp garlic powder
✔️ 1 tsp paprika
✔️ Fresh parsley for garnish

1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Brush lobster meat with melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, & lemon juice. Set aside.
2️⃣ Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Season steaks with salt & pepper, then sear for 3-4 min per side. Add butter & garlic, basting for extra richness.
3️⃣ Bake Lobster: While the steak rests, bake the lobster tails for 10-12 minutes until opaque and tender.
4️⃣ Plate & Serve: Drizzle any remaining butter over the lobster & steak, garnish with fresh parsley, and enjoy this luxurious surf & turf feast!
