Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Using kitchen scissors, cut down the center of the lobster tails, and gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat.
Place the lobster tails in a white baking dish.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and finely chopped onion. Sauté until softened and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Let the mixture simmer for another 1-2 minutes.
Coat the Lobster:

Pour the garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat, ensuring it’s well-coated. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top for added freshness.
Bake the Lobster Tails:

Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Serve:

Serve the lobster tails hot, garnished with extra parsley and a squeeze of lemon if desired.
Indulge in the perfect balance of tender lobster, spiced garlic butter, and a rich, golden sauce!
