Ingredients
โ 4 salmon fillets
โ 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
โ 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
โ 2 tablespoons honey
โ 1 tablespoon lemon juice
โ Salt and pepper, to taste
โ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
โ Lemon wedges (for serving)
Directions
1. Create your honey butter by blending together the softened butter, honey, lemon juice, and a dash of salt and pepper until you achieve a nice, creamy consistency.
2. Heat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat, then liberally coat both sides of the salmon fillets with the Cajun seasoning.
3. To prevent sticking, either melt a small amount of butter in the skillet or lightly brush the grill grates. Start cooking the salmon fillets skin-side down for about 4-5 minutes until the skin gets nice and crispy.
4. Carefully turn the fillets over, and lavish each piece with the honey butter mixture. Continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes or until the salmon is cooked to your preference and easily flakes apart.
5. Once done, transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle with fresh parsley for a burst of color, and pair with lemon wedges for that zesty kick.
