4 salmon fillets
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges for serving

Preheat the Oven/Grill:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill to medium-high.
Prepare Ingredients:

Rub the Cajun seasoning evenly over the salmon fillets and shrimp.
Combine Ingredients:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
Season:

Add salmon fillets to the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
