Ingredients:
For the Cajun Shrimp:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1–2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Cajun Steak:
1/2 to 1 lb steak (ribeye, sirloin, or strip), thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
1–2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Pasta:
12 oz fettuccine (or linguine/pasta of choice)
Water and salt (for boiling pasta)
For the Alfredo Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
½ cup milk (optional, to thin the sauce if needed)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: Pinch of Cajun seasoning for extra flavor
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the fettuccine and cook until al dente, according to package directions.
Drain and set aside. Drizzle with a little olive oil to prevent sticking (optional).
2️⃣ Cook the Cajun Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry and toss with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tbsp olive oil.
Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 1–2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
3️⃣ Cook the Cajun Steak
Season sliced steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil or butter.
Add steak slices and sear for 2–3 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
Remove and set aside with the shrimp.
4️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add 2 tbsp butter.
Once melted, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer (do not boil).
Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and sauce begins to thicken (about 3–5 minutes).
Stir in milk gradually, if needed, to loosen the sauce.
Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of Cajun seasoning for extra flavor (optional).
5️⃣ Combine Everything
Add the drained fettuccine into the Alfredo sauce and toss until fully coated.
Return the cooked shrimp and steak to the pan. Gently stir to combine and heat everything through for about 1–2 minutes.
6️⃣ Serve
Plate the pasta and top with extra Parmesan, parsley, and red pepper flakes if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy!
