Ingredients:

2 ribeye steaks (8 ounces each)
1/2 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions:

Season the Steaks
Sprinkle the steaks with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning.

Cook the Steaks
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 4–5 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Prepare the Shrimp
Toss the shrimp with the remaining Cajun seasoning.

Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

Make the Sauce
Melt the butter in the skillet and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add the chicken broth, scraping up any flavorful bits stuck to the pan. Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice, then simmer until the sauce thickens.

Combine and Serve
Return the shrimp to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce to coat. Plate the steaks, top them with the shrimp, and drizzle with the creamy Cajun sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley.
