Cheesy Bacon Beef Roll-Ups

1 lb ground beef
7 slices crispy bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella
4 slices cheddar cheese
1 roll of crescent or pizza dough
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp butter, melted

 

 Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook the ground beef with garlic powder and black pepper until browned.
Unroll the dough, layer with mozzarella, beef, and chopped bacon.
Roll up the dough tightly, sealing the edges.
Brush with melted butter and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Add cheddar cheese slices on top, let them melt, then slice and serve.
