Cheesy Enchilada Chili

1 lb ground beef

2 tbsp taco seasoning

1/4 cup water

1 jar Tostitos Salsa Con Queso

1 can potato soup

1 1/4 cups sour cream

1 can fire-roasted diced green chilis

1 1/4 cups beef broth

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 cup frozen corn

1 cup pinto beans or black beans

 

Instructions:

1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess grease if needed.
2. Stir in the taco seasoning and water, cooking until the liquid is absorbed.

3. Transfer the seasoned beef to a Dutch oven or large pot.

4. Add the Salsa Con Queso, potato soup, sour cream, and both broths. Stir well until the sour cream melts into the mixture.

5. Mix in the fire-roasted green chilis, frozen corn, and beans.

6. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring frequently. Then, reduce heat and let it simmer, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

7. Serve hot with tortilla chips or Fritos! Want extra heat? Add some jalapeños on top!
