Cheesy Garlic Steak Bites over Creamy Linguine Pasta

INGREDIENTS

1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cubed

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

8 oz linguine pasta
1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, then sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

2. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add butter. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Return steak to coat in garlic butter.

3. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook linguine until al dente, then drain and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
4. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium-low. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until smooth and creamy. Thin with pasta water if needed.

5. Toss drained linguine in the cheese sauce until fully coated. Plate pasta and arrange steak bites around it. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
