1 bag (regular size) frozen shredded hash browns
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
Instructions
In a hot skillet, sauté the sliced smoked sausage with the sliced bell peppers and diced onion until the sausage is browned and the vegetables have softened.
Transfer the cooked sausage and vegetables into a crockpot. Add the frozen shredded hash browns, heavy whipping cream, cheddar cheese soup, sour cream, ranch packet, and shredded cheese. Mix everything thoroughly.
Set your crockpot to cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours. Stir occasionally if needed.
