Prepare the Sloppy Joe Mixture:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook for about 3 minutes until softened.
Stir in the tomato sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.

Make the Garlic Bread:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic, oregano, and parsley.
Brush the cut sides of the bread with the garlic butter mixture.
Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes to slightly toast it.

Assemble and Bake:
Spoon the sloppy joe mixture evenly over the toasted bread.
Sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top.
Bake for another 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve and Enjoy:
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
Slice into portions and serve immediately.

Tips:
Want a spicier kick? Add some hot sauce or red pepper flakes.
Try using Texas toast instead of French bread for an extra crispy base.
Swap ground beef for ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
