CHEESY TACO PASTA RECIPE

10 oz shells

4 oz velveeta

1 cup fresh grated cheddar cheese

1 cup Monterey cheese shredded

1 cup beef broth

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup whole milk

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 tbsp tomato paste

1 tbsp butter unsalted

1 lb hamburger meat

1 packet taco seasoning (I used Kinders)

1 can rotel

Parsley for garnish

Brown hamburger meat. Drain grease. Add in butter, tomato paste, taco seasoning, both cups of broth, milk and heavy cream. Bring to a slight boil and add in shells. Cover & cook for the time recommended on the box. Stir & check to make sure they are the desired tenderness you want. Add in both cheeses, garnish with parsley and enjoy!❤️❤️
