1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tbsp melted butter
16 oz cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Zest of 1 lemon
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup cherry pie filling
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into an 8×8-inch pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Pour filling over crust.
Spoon cherry pie filling on top and gently swirl with a knife.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
